Bulldogs or Huskies

Who will you be rooting for in the NCAA men's basketball national championship game?

I haven't decided yet, I'm very glad that no 1 seeds made it though. Maybe i'll read some posts on this thread that will sway me.

I have to go with Butler. Great story with a young talented coach that has taken his team to the championship game two years in a row and has only been a head coach for four years. Plus it is nice to see a team come from a mid major conference. I mean it isn't often people are talking about the Horizon League Conference.

I'm hoping Butler wins. U Conn may be the better team, but I won't be surprised if Butler prevails

Sadly, not the Cats. /cry

I'll be rooting for the mid-major. Butler has 3 starters from locally in Indiana and one from just over the border in Lexington. It's what college ball should look like. It's what a college actually tends to look like.

The major programs go coast to coast to bring in players from far-flung corners of the map for brief but flashy participation in the 1-year-and-out system, and I hate it.

Butler. If they can pull this off it would be the greatest 'Cinderella' story of all-time!

I have to go with my hometown team, Butler. I don't think there is any question that UConn is the better team on paper. After seeing the UConn/Kentucky game, I feel good about Butler's chances. GO DAWGS!!

That was a snoozer of a game. We made a drinking game out of it and we got wrecked.

A shot for every three pointer made.

This went down as one of the worst Championship games of all time. It was a snooze fest. Terrible basketball all around.

Someone on twitter:

"too bad that Butler wren't the one shooting at Tupac back in '96. He'd still be alive."
