Brenda's Cartier Santos

Brenda has been working in a local school for the past week. She said she did not want to wear her Rolex so she used her 25 year old Cartier Santos. Last night I looked at the watch and it was 20 minutes fast, so I took a closer look and their was water under the hour hand and spots on the dial. The hour hands showed signs of rust so I think it had been damp for a while. Well it was off to the Rolex AD last night as they are also the Cartier AD. The watch has to go to Dubai for repair and it will take up to two weeks for an estimate. Foolishly I did not take any pictures of it before it went but hopefully I will when it returns.

It will be worth it Peter as it's got a lot of sentimental value.

It would take too long and I don't have the nerve to put it in print.
