New Daytona is spot on for time

I set my new Daytona to the NIST atomic clock, a little over a week ago, and just checked and it's within a second (fast). I know it's silly, but this makes me so happy.

My ExpII seems to run about 5 seconds fast, per day now. When I first got it, it would run, consistently, 2 seconds slow per day. But, it's due for a service visit, so we'll see how it is upon return.

Sounds like a good timekeeper.

What position do you leave it in overnight?

I had noticed it running a 1-2seconds fast, per day, during the first week, so I switched to storing around the kangaroo's neck, with the crown pointed up.

Previously, he had been sleeping, hanging off the kangaroo's tail.

Rolex makes some great watches! My GMT IIC TT has been nearly dead on for 2+ years. I wear it nearly 24/7. No sign of more than +/- 2-3 seconds per MONTH. Maybe I just got lucky! My 118238 I need to store crown up at night to slow it down!
