The Clock is Ticking and I'm Running Out of Time!

So I dropped the ball on this one, I knew on Sunday there would be a game 7 between Buffalo and Philly.

I went back and forth on whether I should take to day off to watch it or not. Yesterday I did nothing when I should have asked for a vacation day. So last night I figured that I'll just call in sick, but this morning my conscious got the better of me and I couldn't call in sick if I am not actually sick. So I figured I will work a half-day and go watch the game at a bar downtown.

Well my boss is in DC and the game starts in and hour! 7:30pm East Coast time 1:30pm Hawaii time. I have not heard from him and I emailed him five hours ago.

I can listen to the game online so I won't miss it, but it won't be the same.

Hockey without beer is like a day without sunshine.
