If you aren't fair skinned Chris, then the TT GMTc IS for you...
I think (again I said this to Dalip), the blue was probably what turned you away from the TT's. Dalip did the same thing with his 116613. He flipped it ( not unusual!), thinking the TT didn't work for him..But alas, it sure does with a black dial and bezel!!

Now for the DRSD.....Killer watch! Priced high as well!

A red Sub is nothing to forget either. You just need to do your homework before delving into these types!
I'm scared of the old watches as I know little and am in over my head. And as much I love them, I hate those chinzy bracelet deployants.

As far as the TT is concerned. I am fair skinned, but will tan after I burn. Living in the deep south has changed that equation for me as I am already past burnt and tanned and it is only April. Suddenly TT makes sense. The GMT has a black face verses the blue for the 16613. Its all so odd to me as the blue in the 16613 is the best blue that Rolex ever made in my opinion. Guess I need to spend some time with Dalip's watch. Meanwhile I will be putting a deposit down for a new EXPY 2 with a white face, rolex penned a winner there.
