A terrible looking crown on the Djs clasp
hello everyone,
I bought a Rolex from a popular Rolex selling site on the net claiming that its the #1 seller on the net and this is what i received . i was told And guaranteed by the seller that all shipped purchase are perfect in condition..IS THIS Perfect They also said the band (bracelet) is 18k genuine but i know it is not so.The seller asked that i send the watch back to the US ( now it is in Viet Nam) and they would fit this. I am not happy with this because this means i have to pay more for shipping and tax again !!! Because i am a newbie , so could anyone here help me by suggesting how could i fit the fault by myself . I am thinking of 2 options 1) get a local jewelers to make a new crown n 18k WG to replace the faulty one. 2) buy a genuine hidden 18k clasp(only clasp) the #2 would take more money but after searching for 2 days on the net, i still could not find any place selling this part. Please help me ! |

No, obviously not.
How about the watch itself? Is that OK? Can you provide a link to where this was purchased? Two very odd posts by two new members, nothing wrong with that and happy to help but more information please. Welcome to TRF. |

I'm not sure of the purpose of this thread...
The bracelet is obviously not Rolex, so what are the members supposed to be "watching out" for.. ??? Since the bracelet is not Rolex, it begs the question of whether the watch is.. Searching the Internet for an authentic clasp to fit a non-authentic bracelet is futile; I doubt that anybody sells this part.. If they did, the clasp alone is likely ~10,000USD, plus the diamonds.. Clearly, if you were expecting to get a Rolex, and you spent the $80,000 + that this watch would cost you, you should get your money back.. However, I suspect that you got what you paid for....
