IWC Portuguese

I'd wanted this for a long time. I finally picked it up from my local AD a couple of weekends ago. I'm loving it!

Wow, she's a stunning watch. I love the dial and blue hands. Enjoy it for many years to come.

I have a question for your IWC guys if it wasn't a problem. I have noticed on the deployant clasps that there are two different types of imprinting. One has "IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN" imprinted along the clasp and another has "INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO".

I was wondering what the different between the two were. Is one older than the other or something?

This thread may be a bit long in the tooth, but looking at that watch will never get old. I'm biased, but the Portuguese is an absolute classic. Something this good stays good....
