Ladies Datejust Jubilee Bracelet Sizing Issue

Hi Everyone. Myself and the Mrs. are having a problem with sizing the jubilee bracelet on her Datejust. She has the newer bracelet with the hidden clasp and we are unable to remove one more link off the bracelet because it will then be too tight on her wrist. We do not know what to do at this point and she has resorted to just wearing a leather strap instead.

What can we do to help solve this problem since we can't make any other adjustments? She has very small wrists and I'm a bit worried that if she wears it loose, it will stretch much quicker than expected. Plus I think it will be more comfortable for her to wear if it's a bit more fitted rather than it flopping around her wrist. Also, gaining weight is not an option for her

If any of you have ever encountered this problem I would really appreciate your help. I really wish that the jubilee bracelet had smaller adjustments like my Submariner has. Thanks in advance guys.
