Yikes! Perhaps, they mistook it for a Patek. How old is it?

Well my Rolex watch maker tried for 2 months to get a $30 part Then sent it to Rolex The big items new bezel & link in the oyster band. This is a TT model so most of the cost is in the gold. RSC will not let us pick $ choose repair items.

Silly and stupid. Tell them to change the 30$ part and not touch the rest. They refuse, you get the watch back and send it to an independant.
You people are putting up with so much crap from Rolex USA, it boggles the mind. |

Have to agree and just because Rolex USA dictates you want this or that its up to the customer to go ahead with what they recommend or Decline. You could just send the watch head in for repair and if all thats needed is a 30$ part to fix the movement I assume try another watchmaker like Bob Ridley.
