Great Article on fakes...
in the recent Cigar Aficionado magazine. Talks about the costs and criminal element involved. They also mention a website call www.myauthentics.com to help spot fake watches and a lot of other fake items. Anyway, a good read.

***Sorry, wasn't sure where to post it***
Anyway, You guys should read it. They can make fake ANYTHING, even Ferraris! Many of them even fooled the experts. I guess it is the 3rd leading fund-raising method of terrorists. It costs the US over $250 Billion in tax revenues and 750,000. They do everything from iPods and cigars to watches and clothes. Even more of a reason to buy from an AD...even then. Watch out.

One of my airline pilot friends has returned from China with fake ipods, Callaway 2-ball putters and Breitlings.
It's all junk. |
