Anyone have any thoughts on the authenticity of this watch? Any idea of fair price?

I am not an expert by any means so you should wait for a more knowledgable member to comment. That being said, things that would concern me are:

Dial : The Original Dial Have been Repainted By an Expert to make it Look Like New & Flawless
Accuracy : +2 or -2 minutes per day, we try through our Specialist to get it as Accurate as possible.
Band : After Market Black band attached to it.
