Did D serials come with the new green plastic box like this...

The wave box. The wave box(top picture) started with the mid to late F series.

My new 2004 16610 D came with top box, but no anchor. One yr earlier, a 2003 16610LV came with bottom box but w/ anchor.

Was that the cut-off time for box and anchors?
