New TT Daytona...To Panda or not???
Okay, perhaps too much thought is being given to this so I'm putting it out there to others to weigh in. Considering a new TT Daytona with the Panda Dial, but have concerns that there is too much going on with the black subs on a white dial and gold accents. Help???

If you love the look, go ahead. For me, that's already a busy dial and adding the black subdials is even busier. I'm after a tt Daytona, but I'm not sure that the panda look works on tt like it does on stainless.

I think it's the best dial for the TT.
Had the Slate on a TT i sold last summer.

Get it! I absolutely LOVE the TT Daytona with the Panda dial! I handled one earlier this year and couldn't stop staring at it. It is a beautiful watch!

It all comes down to how you feel when it's on your wrist. For me, on a TT, it's very busy looking. I do like that dial on the WG Daytona though. Cleaner looking IMO.

To the OP,
I had the same dilemma this past April. I visited my AD and numerous other ADs, while on vacation, for a solid week, to ensure that I would not encounter buyers remorse, after my purchase. I looked at three TT Daytonas. The white dial w/white sub dials, the new blue dial w/blue sub dials and the Panda w/black sub dials. I bought the Panda. No regrets. Love the watch. Get what speaks to you, loudest GL |

The Panda dial TT Daytona literally blew me away. I was about to get the white dial SS version when I happened to come across the TT Panda. It was literally love at first sight just like the day when I saw my now fiancée for the first time. I'd go for it-you won't regret it!

I have the panda and have absolutely no regrets. I initially had a SS white dial Daytona and also has a TT slate dial loner for a few weeks. Of those, I would say that the SS had the least busy dial. I had real difficulty reading the slate dial although I think the look is terrific. When I saw the panda is just grabbed my attention in such a way that I knew it was the watch for me. You may have the same experience once you see the watch in person. If so, go for it! Just as an aside, There is a lot going on with Daytona dials (even when the subs are not running). But I've had no difficulty reading the panda dial, as the contrasts are just right (IMO). Good luck!!

I don't know if it's considered a panda dial......I saw a pic of a TT daytona, with the champagne "Paul Newman" dial...black subdials, very cool looking.........does not look as busy as the
whited dialed one w/ arabic #'s.

I have the same watch and absolutly love it! You wont be dissapointed..its a perfect balance of SS/YG/cream dial and black subdials with a touch of red here and there.
I traded for my black SS which I found to be unexciting after a few weeks..I never get bored of looking at my TT panda! go for it.. |
