Screwdriver question

Anyone else ever have your OEM PAM screwdriver break on you? I was attempting to screw the pin back in, and it jammed on me. Then, I torqued the screwdriver too much and the end broke off.

you mean the tip broke or it just got loose, thereby detaching itself from its handle?
