Does Daytona SS 16250 Glow?
I got it from a AD in France as a pre-owned, and it doesnt seem to glow at night. Does your piece glow?

Well depending on the age of the watch and the Daytona has quite a small surface area hands markers etc they are not the best watches for bright lume. Now the very first 16520 came out first in 1989 with the Tritium lume if its around that age, the lume will be almost gone. Now they changed to Luminover dials around 1998 now these should have some luminescence. But only if charged first with strong artificial or natural light but still not the brightest because of the lume small surface area.

I am sure it is fine. Tritium tends to glow and die off real quick on older watches...can be a matter of seconds.

Could be and is probably normal on that age of watch.

Then it will be a Tritium dial so the lume may now be not fully active but may still glow a bit but not very bright, to myself the lume is not all that important.

I have a U series 16520 w/the original tritium dial and hands and it does glow, but very faintly and as Conner said, for a VERY short period of time.
