Any recommendations
Hi,
My first post here. I plan to buy my wife a rolex for her birthday, can anyone advice which model? My budget is about $6000. Thanks in advance. Vit |

Tell us about her. How does she dress? Would she like a little bling? Would she like a traditionally female size watch, or do you think she might want a trendy larger watch? Does she need a date feature? Does she wear yellow or white metals in her jewelry? How rough has she been on her current watch?

I think a DJ would be just perfect. You may find with your budget it might be best to work with a trusted seller on this site.

I'm not a lady but I think fluted bezels and jubilee bracelets look best for them. But seriously we don't even know her, you should consider all of Caraptor's questions. And browse through rolex.com or even better check out an AD. They could help you as well.

if she is not that much into bling a dj (any size) would be great. my wife is rather petite and even she'd love to get hold of my dj as it looks just great on her wrist.
for the many dial options i suggest a jubilee bracelet and a fluted bezel.

Thanks for all input. Well normally she dresses way more casual. I do not think she would like the traditional size like 26, so between 31-36 she suppose. She usually wears her WG diamond ring to work everyday. Also she has a very small wrist. I checked the DJ I like it one with the flute bezel and the oyster bracelet but not sure if she would love it. There are many dials to choose too.
Thanks again Vit |

I would agree with others that a fluted bezel jubilee bracelet Datejust is classic and you really can't go wrong. Personally I would suggest a Midsize even if she has small wrists, I have very small wrists and I prefer the Midsize 31mm to the ladies size 26mm. It is just more modern but still looks great for all occasions without being too big that it is "trendy". If she is more sporty or casual, possibility consider the Oyster bracelet and maybe a smooth bezel rather then fluted which to me has a bit of a more casual look to it.
