42mm gold Rad!!
Hey guys! Today i went into my local AD to check out the new 42mm Radiomir. i wanted to see how she felt on the wrist compared to the larger sizes. The only example they had in was the 336 (yellow gold). At first i was afraid that the watch would be too small and "bland" on a mans wrist. But after seeing it in person, all i can say is WOW. The heft of the gold, combined with the chunky deep brown crock strap make for a perfect combo. It wears nice and low on the wrist, while maintaining an impressive presence. The movement winds beautifully and adjusts with a very firm, reassuring feel. The soft lines of the pillow case are much better suited to the slightly smaller size (in my opinion). When worn side by side with the 183 Black Seal, there was a noticeable difference in quality, the 336 felt tight and PERFECTLY engineered, were as the 183 seemed to be slightly overshadowed, almost unattractive next to the 336. Im sure this is partly due to the gold, however after seeing the 338 (titanium case & gold hands) in pictures, and the gold in person, i am very exited to track one down and pull the trigger. An absolutely AMAZING watch.

Congrats (did you buy it)?? If so that is the perfect Radiomir size IMHO. I am looking at the 338, as I like the Ti. Does not look like the 42mm is 'small' at all.

I did not, yet ;) but I would go for the Ti aswell. The gold is awesome but a little too pricy for me.
