service dial or fake?

two 2004 16610lvs, one with a dial combo i've not seen before, do you think it's a service dial or simply a fake?

Can anyone else advise other than this scammer?

No, the watch is already in my possession. Rest of watch is genuine, just confused about the dial.

just curious looking at other watches, isn't the bottom supposed to be swiss made above 3 shorted lines and then between a full line on each side.

it's actually the other way around. the 2004 lvs should have the 'swiss made' span all 5 ticks... so i'm questioning whether the 3 tick one is either a service dial that was later installed or could be fake even...
