You are bidding on a 40mm Platinum Bezel Rolex Yachtmaster. Purchased off EBAY brand new in 2009. Wore it a few times and sold it on EBAY in 2010. Since I missed it so much one year later I contacted the buyer to purchased it back and he accepted. Now another year has passed and we are trying to build a home without a mortgage - so we've listed it on EBAY again. Willing to trade for building materials, household appliances, cabinetry or professional services that need to be performed or delivered in the State of Maine. Since I'm a large man, I purchased 3 extra links to go in the band, which are still installed. If you are new to EBAY or have a less than desirable rating, please contact us before bidding. Happy Bidding and good luck!!!

Bogus story, bogus watch. I'm calling this one not only because of the crappy pictures used to hide details but it is obvious that the crystal refracts like glass and not like sapphire. If you follow the inner ring of the bezel, in a real Rolex you don't see the entire ring because the sapphire crystal bends light like a very thin layer of glass. Looking through the same size glass crystal looks like - like thick glass.

I think that watch may be okay.

That seller has feedback for selling the same watch as well as a lot of positive feedback on high dollar items. His story may not be bogus.
He's offering a 7 day return policy and he gave the serial number of Z585123. Which is a 2006

Positive feedback rating Incredible E-bayer, exactly as described, fast shipping, great communication A+

I hope you're right. I checked with all the Rolexes I own. Although none of them is a yachtmaster, none of their crystals behave like this one does.

Looks good to me too, I think what your seeing with the crystal is because of the angle of the pic.

I have a ym, and I can tell you the watch is not a fake. The case and bracelet are easy to fake, but the dial tells the whole story. That dial is genuine. The case looks genuine as well based on the rehaut engraving, and I don't see anything to suggest the bezel insert is anything but genuine. Even if there are franken or aftermarket parts, all good fakes and aftermarket crystals are synthetic saphire. I'd need a lot more information to opine that any part of this watch is fake.
