Like others have said: Go larger for casual wear, when dressed like in the photos. This is what I prefer.

You have an extraordinary physique, so why don't you take the opportunity to carry pieces that looks proportionally perfect on you, whilst many of us find them way too large and can only dream of them. I am one of them... the DSSD as well as the DJII is too big for me.

I suggest that you keep the DSSD, and adds a larger DJII. (And If I where you, I would skip the diamonds).

Good luck in your decision! (And in your competitions.)

Best,

Thanks for the compliment on my physique... The dia dialed DJ2 is the only dial I like. I would love a Rhodium Roman numeral DJ2, and would definitely get that over the dia dial. I also feel that the silver dial is the most versatile with different colored outfits. For example, I had a SS Daytona w white dial, and it looked horrible with my black shirt and jeans.

36mm seems too small for you

Wow-I Think your arm is the size of my chest!!
What about the dssd do you not like-the height? Normally I'd say the 36mm looks fine, but if you are going to wear it casually (selling the dssd) then perhaps get the 41 mm.
Good luck. THey are all nice choices.

The DJ looks more proportional and 'normal'
-- I guess it fits your hand better.
But the DJ II looks ok on you as well, just
a larger watch when its on you, but not
oversized.

My jeweller friend, who has impeccable taste, says you should always be able to see some strap when wearing a watch, never just the watch being wider than the wrist

The DSSD looks good on you.
I am a big fan of "the classic" 36mm pieces as a dress-watch.

They both look good. But with body builder forearms, you might want the DDII 41mm.
