Prospects want more disclosure from sellers right ?
With all the recent rants on the VRF and here about how sellers dont disclose enough about the watches they sell I thought I would post a link to this to show everybody what its like elsewhere shopping for vintage Rolex outside of forums.
As I said before most dealers 99% dont know anything about vintage Rolex. Do you think he knows what he has ? Or doesn't want to disclose to much ? BTW He is a member here if I recall. Most likely he bought it in good faith and is selling like this. Have a go at this 1. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Role...item3f0d1a7739 Is it a turn o graph as the re finished dial says? A dive watch as the bezel indicates ? What is the 24 hour hand doing in turn-o-graph with a diver bezel and a GMT case? Is it a GMT like the case indicates? Any aftermarket or service parts? :r ofl:

would be a nice watch if it had the correct dial and bezel insert. I expect it will make a lot of money.

Err Buddies...in the re-listing...
is the Seller saying the watch has all original Rolex parts? Orchi is quite sure about the Dial... being NOT original Rolex... Oh btw...it's been a LOOONG time... Sorry that Orchi has been Missing in Action... leaving all the Buddies here with the daunting tasks... Orchi has no excuse for that... |
