Temptation!!
Hi guys & gals,
Here's the deal... - visit your nearest travel agent and book a flight to Auckland. - you will be greeted by one tall, bald Kiwi at your hotel or motel. - you will be treated to a fabulous dinner and a tour of this beautiful city. - you will then be taken to Mansor's Jewellers where you can pick out a watch of your choice. - Mansor's will not only give you a fabulous price, but also discount (on the spot) a further 12.5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). He will hand over to you all boxes, papers, etc., but the watch you can collect at the airport on your way out after going through customs and immigration. - I promise you a holiday of a lifetime. Tempted? JJ

Very tempted. Ask yourself this. You're going to fly all the way to NZ to buy a Rolex at a tremendous discount and save 12.5% GST. Not too bas considering last time I checked I think airfare was about as much as the watch. Real big savings there JJ. Just kidding. I know thw pleasure of the trip would be actually meeting and spending time with you and your family and seeing the beautiful island of yours. Not to mention the clevage at Mansour's

- Visit my travel agent to pick up the tickets JJ bought me - Will be greeted by above very friendly (but gullable) bald Kiwi at the airport to drive me to his home. (hotel, what hotel?). I will take the master bedroom of course and the coming 3 months will eat and drink him bankrupt. - Fabulous dinner, yes please, every day (I've lost my wallet) - I'll put the 16610 on your tab at Mansor's, they know you - Will sneak out when you least expect it to head home - I promise you I'll never come back Very tempting indeed! Just kidding my friend. Tempting as this may be, I see this as a holiday with the added bunus of a discounted Rolex. Once back in my country the Customs will happily relieve me of 8.5 % import duty and 19 % VAT. No thanks.

JJ, I've spoken to Brenda and we have agreed to the offer on one condition. You order 10 SS Daytonas for me to be picked up at Mansors with the same discount. Flipping those should cover my expenses.

Hey Frans, Even if you did come here and buy a watch, why would you want to declare it at your customs? Come here either without a watch or some cheap POS which you can then flush down the aircraft toilet and walk through your customs with the new Rolex slapped around your wrist. Surely, they cannot object to just ONE watch on a person?
