Good luck on the reinstatement of the funds....
I'm glad that my situation was useful for someone.

My friend. You have a poor fake. You should be marching to get your money back right now. I mean NOW. Here is what my real 116610 looks like, you should easily see the difference.

But you did not buy a genuine watch - it is a counterfeit one; therefore you should be able to reverse the deal .... unless you knew you were buying a fake?

Did not know that there is such a bad fake grotto!
If you do not know myself, I'm sorry, but the clock is for the trash!

So it was a shop then? Why not let us know the name of the place? If it was a shop and he sold them, then you should get the cash. I don't get it....I mean you were defrauded, why not just call the cops?

Story just doesn't add up to me...at all.

Matt, shop was closed today because Satarday is a day off in Israel and most shops are closed. Tomorrow I'll fix it up. Hopefully otherwise I'll go to police.

Mr smart. My English is not quite well as yours, maybe because my first language is Hebrew.I speak five languages and you? And i studied law in Israel not in UK or US so maybe that is the reason why my English not fluent as yours.

Not all TRF members reside in the USA. I don't. I'm sure there are a few Israelis around TRF who would be interested to know who the fake-seller is?

Fully with you on this one, Tommy. 11250 posts and that's the best he can do. No doubt English is his first and (likely) only language. (and how "funny" this should be my first post on here).

Congrats on finishing law school and best of luck in getting your watches back or decent cash in lieu.

Understood on the multiple languages contributing to a few minor errors...I see no issues there (trust me, I struggle enough w/ just English). But isn't the cornerstone of ANY law education the ability to do research & make informed decisions in order to avoid future problems? Not to kick a man while he's down, but isn't the lack of research why you've found yourself in this predicament now? Maybe ultimately that was ESM's point (I know it crossed my mind).

The watch has been identified as a fake.

Tommy states all has been returned to him and the issue has, therefore, been resolved. If we take him at face value then that is a good outcome.

I trust lessons have been learnt here.

He has chosen not to identify the seller which is his choice.

However, there is no room for those disgusting replica watches on this forum and certainly no room for anymore discussion of this watch.
