Watch Shopping, San Francisco

Hey guys, I'm in San Francisco for a week, and looking to walk around a bit, watch shopping. I'm primarily interested in checking out any places that might have a white face Omega GMT, some Pannies, and Seiko auto's. I'd like to pick up one or two cheaper watches (3-500) as gifts, and this could go so far as finding a place with a couple cool G-Shocks. Any hunting advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I discovered www.aandewatches.com while looking around for pre-owned watches. They are in SF but I have never been to their location.

Don't know anything about San Francisco but I guess you are on a long break until Brno. Enjoy it.

Howzit. Besides the listing as mentioned on the previous thread, you can also try:

Macy's (Union Square - they carry Movado, Tag, Hamilton, Locman etc..)
Ravit's
Cresalia Jewelers

and I forgot the other one close to Nordstrom

Big Tourneau in the S.F. center, next to Nordstrom. Shreve & Co. at Post & Grant. Both near Union Square. Bought from both. Great selections of top and mid-level watches.

Update

Hi everyone, thanks for the replies and suggestions. I didn't really have time to reply earlier, as I was constantly running around meeting with people throughout the Bay (North/South and everywhere in-between), and fortunately, Ducati loaned me a gorgeous 999s to rip around on while doing so.

I did stop in to Macy's, Nordstroms, and a few smaller boutiques/jewelry stores, and because I was primarily looking for a graduation gift for my younger brother, I ended up going to Torneau (yes, I know, horrible!). I managed to pick up a Tissot T-Touch, orange strap with black face and orange hands, because my brother is partially color blind and I figured how could you go wrong with something that bright? The watch itself is great, and technically speaking it's impressive. I didn't have any reservations buying a quartz, because he's quite active (got a division one tennis scholarship next year at BYU), and when I inspected the stainless steel model I had chosen for him I discovered some slight scuffing on one side. Torneau upgraded me to Titanium at no extra charge, and coupled with my ten percent discount, I was able to get him a two year replace all, plus lifetime battery, etc, all for the same cost as the stainless model. I didn't take any photos of the watch itself, but here's a small pic so you know what I'm talking about. I gotta admit, I played with it a little bit before I sent it to him, and the compass mode and altimeter functions really knocked my socks off. Not that I need it, but as he will be training at elevation, maybe it'll come in handy - not to mention being stuck in the middle of nowhere, errr, Utah! I really liked the feeling of the rubber strap (which is grooved, printed, on the backside), and the Ti clasp was a nice touch, too. Anyway, my brother got the watch a couple days ago, was a little shocked at the price (around 700 all told), and the first thing he did with it was ask my father "What color is the watch band?". DOH! I guess he's progressed from red/blue and green/brown to now include Orange, haha.
