Great experiences at Bal Harbor, FL!!!

Was in my Miami for the weekend and headed to Bal Harbor to check out Tourneau and Audemars Piguet Boutique.

First AP: Excellent service! The girl that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I inquired about the 15202 and she informed me that it's no longer in production as in January there will be a new one. They had one that was sold but she brought it out from the safe for me to see.

Tourneau: After the great AP visit I had high expectations and.... Surprisingly it was great! I was helped by a very knowledgeable guy as well (Luis if recall correctly). Every model I asked of Rolex he knew, and they had a great selection. He even looked at nationwide stock in their stores for the new models to see when they would arrive. Then we looked at PP. He said he was not the PP expert in store but would help as much as he can, and for not being the expert and not a PP fan as he admitted he knew a lot! If he didn't know something he would say "I don't know but let me find out," open up the books and find the info. We then looked at GO and he knew everything as he loved the brand. Was there for over an hour, and when I didn't get the disappointment face as I did not purchase anything.

These 2 visits left me extremely satisfied and hopeful that all ADs can be like this!
