I still think it is too much but man it is so much fun to wear! :-)
It works on the slopes It works on the driveway It so works on a Isofrane. It actually reinvented the watch as far as I am concerned. Cuts down weight with about 35-40%. It works visiting the halls of power - the Senate offices. Actually, it doesn't really work to a suit. It is just wrong to ear to a suit IMO. The reason it really works is the matte dial, the maxi hour plots and hands and the beautiful domed cyclops-less crystal. |

A splendid watch ...
I really try to love it but up till now I can't get around the stupid ring text (just my opinion)... I also think that the Mk2 dial is a lot more attractive...the Rolex coronet looks too funny on the Mk1 IMHO.... By the way you sure have a nice view from your home Ron ... |

Ron,
referring to the below and many other previous threads where you've slammed the DSSD, you sure post a lot of pics, or maybe you just wanted to show us your car and house Quote:
here's mine...

I love all the pics. Really don't know why some on here get their panties in a wad. So what if he said crap about the deep-sea. I own one and have complaints too. The op asked for pics and that's what he got.

Moderators, this is getting out of hand...
You do know that a lot of people check this forum via mobile devices during the day, so you burning up our data plans with senseless photos isn't really appreciated or respectful. Go back to talking about G-Shocks. |

Wonderful shots there Deacon!!
It's hard to get good ones of the DSSD, but you've managed to get several excellent ones! Quote:
That is why I've edited the majority...... Ron, It was an over kill with the amount of pictures posted and totally not necessary. You had posted 215 photos on this thread, many were doubles or nothing even to do with the DSSD. I've narrowed it down to 19. These were the best a clear shots.. Let's keep the photos on topic and to a reasonable level in the future.
