Real or Fake Dial?

Hi,

I am an ameurter on Rolex and new on this forums, whould you guys tell me if dial from below ebay guy are real? They all look so good to me.

There's no doubt that some of these dials have decent workmanship in them but if they were not made by Rolex ( and they were not), they're FAKE.
