This scammer has pirated Tony's listings/photos a couple times before. Another one I wish we could permanently shut down.

I started to report it, but the action states "copying YOUR picture". I don't know if I can report it since it is Tony's property. If Tony gives me the okay, I will report it.

I sent a PM to Tony earlier, so he is aware of it. Also, I think Michael is on top of things as well.

However, you can definitely report it yourself. Just hit the report button, then go to:

Listing Practices > Fraudulent Listing Activities > You Suspect That Listing Is Fraudulent.

I have just now reported it, these ones can often be hard to shift.

i.e. from eBay's point of view Tony and ashantipooh1989 could be one and the same person (I know the location is different) or Tony could have sold it to ashantipooh1989, who now wants to sell it.

Do we know that one of the two options above are not true??

There does seem to be suspicious activity on his account if you checkout the last -ve feedback, http://www.ebay.com/itm/180720993194#ht_500wt_949, he had three Daytona's for sale and he did not ship to the winning bidder.

I am sure eBay will check this out.

Listing Removed.

Tony has been aware of this for a while, and may have taken action himself. Just like the last one (featuring his previous WG Sub), I believe it could be an account take-over/hi-jack situation.
