does anyone know if that would be the final version? meaning the serial number and OP case number are on each side of the lug? That would be absolutely awful if they do that

well, all the prototypes available at watch events have featured it, i think, so, i believe that's the final design. i've always been surprised by the lack of criticism of that design element. it's totally unnecessary and distracts from the clean design. and, from a distance, it just looks like scratches on the case..... |

A Boutique in my city stated that it will not be officially released until, at least, mid of next year. I really hope so as it is really a bit too much to have so many new releases this year. Simply short of cash to catch one of each of them.
The sales persons, based on their discussions among themselves, that the release of all composite models have been suspensed (due to the materials of PAM 339) therefore we can see the quick release of PAM 390. However, the to-be released of PAM 372 should somehow defer the release of PAM 422 since they have voiced their concerns that the two models will be competing with each other. I personally prefer to have the 372 plus the small power reserve needle at the back since I wind up my existing non-power reserve models on a daily basis since I dislike the scary feeling that the watch will stop. I also enjoy seeing the gradually move up feature of a power reserve needle instead of simply listening to the clicking sound. However, the addition of the second needle on the 422 somehow removes the antique feel of the 372. If cash is available, I will go for both as well. Very likely since it looks like my cash reserved for PAM 375 will very likely be left idle for quite a while. |

The more releases the merrier...........bring it on!!!!!!!! Everyone is way too concerned that their model is special, limited, discontinued, etc............the idea is to enjoy your watch and for Panerai to keep coming out with new models that others can enjoy.
