FS Rolex Sub 16610, "D", $4700, pics, conus only
Date Submariner, 16610.
[IMG][/IMG] The Sub is complete with the original two green boxes, the original warranty certificate from the Rolex dealer who sold it, hang tags, and my own recent appraisal too for insurance purposes. The only thing missing from what you would have received at the time of purchase is the cardboard sleeves that go around the second green (outer) box). It is a D serial number so is about 6 years old. As expected, it glows brightly. It has minor scraches on the bracelet as any watch worn and has minor chips on the side of the case on one side. Keeping great time and was worn in rotation by the original owner who I have known for 30 years. This watch is high excellent, and besides normal scratches on the bracelet from normal rotation, the only thing of significance as you see are the marks on the side of the case virtually hidden from view when wearing the watch. I thought the marks were just in the finish but I had my AD look at them with a loupe (10 x) and they are dings on the case. This watch is otherwise really pristine. The marks are there if you look. My salesperson said he did not even notice them until I pointed them out in the Rolex dealer's bright light and asked him to examine them with the loupe. This watch is great for a daily wearer and I rotate it weekly with others. Bank wire transfer preferred. I have numerous references: check here and also under the watchnet board under my last name. See my web site if you do not know of me or google my last name and think 'law'. Email directly through my profile. Now the 'nos', please no out of conus sales or shipments, no trades and no counteroffers. Note I have posted here as well an Explorer II, Polar, at $4050 which was recently serviced by a Rolex trainer technician one of the jewelers I do business with has been using for 15 years. Search under my posts for information on it. I want to only sell one watch. Here are pictures: Last edited by mailman; 20 October 2011 at 07:31 PM.. Reason: fixed pics |
