Has anyone purchased a Rolex from Howard Frum in Chicago?
I am visiting his store next week and am curious about the overall experience. Are the watches covered under warranty? In other words, if I buy a watch from them will any Rolex store repair the watch (send it out), or will Howard Frum do the work.
Thanks. |

I go there once in awhile, nice shop but not a whole lot of new Rolex. Mostly used pieces. I think they have their own watch maker and can source any watch you want. You can ask Howard if he will warranty their watches. I am pretty sure there is one year warranty, I am not certain. Overall, I always been treated well when I visit his shop. Its too bad they don't open on the weekend. Good luck.
