look his feedback he sold the same yesterday to someone else and already got positive feedback,this guy is a fraud,he says he will send me a watch and wont refund

yes he said he was a police,and i believed him,now he is laughing saying i will receive the watch i bought,i will refuse the package but didnt see he sold the same yesterday

if you pay with credit card thru paypal then you can always file a chargeback on your credit card

i have never got my money back with paypal ,some with ebay when i became a "ebay vip" but paypal is like talking to a wall,american express is ok
well i hope the items are removed from beay that will help me
the watch is fake the seller is now saying he could have sold it for more,i dont understand why he doesnt want to refund,he didnt ship it because its a holiday in spain
should have been a red flag when he told me he was a police

i believe you have 45 days to file a claim via paypal, i could be wrong but that would be my course of action, I hope it all works out

look at the box and papers,+ seller behavior now sending threats......he could get more certainly for this why is it trying to absolutely ship it,he told paypal that he shipped it,he is lying
can someone remove the links from ebay? that will help
