Help with value of 16613

I have been offered a Sub 16613, 1993 model, looks in very good condition with all papers and original box. Strap has significant stretch but otherwise in excellent condition. Has had a light polish, cannot take photos.

The watch has been serviced and certified as genuine by a Rolex watchmaker.

Can anyone please advise on a realistic price in US$

If it has significant strech I would pass on it, they would really have to give it away for me to even consider a watch like that as the bracelet is worth half the value of the package.

An almost 20 year old TT Sub with a worn out bracelet is worth less than 3k if you ask me.Basically it`s worth the same as a TT without a bracelet.

About $3000-3500, imo, because of papers and service.
Dealer trade-in is about $2800+/-
