Question - thinking about selling my IIc, since I wear it so infrequently. I understand I can't post in the for sale section of this site, but want some leads on the best approach to selling to a reputable buyer. Watch is new, perfect, and worn 3 times. Suggestions? I really don't want to go thru Ebay!

Why wouldn't you be able to post?
If you think it's due to your infrequent activity you are mistaken.
Here's the rule for posting related to your involvement here:

"Forum members must be a member for a minimum of 16 days and have 16 proper posts prior to posting an item on the sales board."

If that's true, I'll post. But I've tried before with other Rolexes, and my posts have been removed.

yeah, you should have no problems. Try to avoid ebay. Too many scammers and too many fees and if soemthing goes wrong, ebay is very BUYER biased.

Glad you've found them....and with that, this thread is closed as it's basically a FS thread outside the correct section!

You do qualify to sell in the FS section, as long as your listing complies with the criteria of doing so.
Being such a new seller, with little reputation, perhaps a face to face option may entice a prospective buyer!

Phil...you've posted a gmt2c on here a year ago with similar circumstances.
The for sale rules are very clear. You are entitled to post there unless you've been told otherwise.
In any case I'm closing this thread as it will ultimately connect to a watch you want to sell on Trf.
Please do not refer to a watch for sale outside of the fs section.
