Rolex in Bahamas

I'm going to RIU Palace in December. What are the good, reliable, safe places to buy a Rolex? Stupid question, but what is the advantage to buying in the Bahamas?

Thanks!!

John Bull in the Atlantis Resort has a nice selection. I doubt you'll get a good deal there as everyone walking around that hotel has a rolex.

I'll second John Bull. Great store with a lot of nice watches and a good Rolex selection. The staff was really nice and willing to deal. Came real close to walking off with a TT DJII.

John Bull. Downtown has larger selection; last mont they had in stock all new models (EXP II, RG Daytona on strap, etc.)

You save on sales tax; but know your numbers, what looks like a 'hot deal' might be the same you can get here or with your AD

Very true. Many "include" the sales tax in the retail price. Happened to me in Mexico (I didn't buy the piece.)

No advantage other than the possibility of a larger inventory to select from. As far as pricing, expect little to no discounts as they have many tourists coming though that will pay full price. You will save os sales tax, but that is possible to avoid anywhere, at last in the USA.
