Service Book - DSSD

Hi,

I didn't get a Factory Service booklet with my DSSD.

I rang the AD and they said that in Italy they do not have this book and it is not included with the other two booklets you get in the package (the manual and the warranty info)

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

Or in fact know the minutiae of Rolex DSSD packaging and materials around the world? :-)

These are all the books that should come with it.
Not sure about your country.

I would find it very hard to believe that in Italy the service booklet isn't available. Perhaps you should check with another AD...

This interests me also, bought my G serial from a Sydney AD back in May and didn't receive the Factory Service booklet either. What is in it?

Hi. Mine is not a Deep Sea, but the sub C I purchased from a Sydney AD last month also didn't come with a Factory Service booklet.

I guess that wouldn't be a big deal as long as you have the box, cards, papers of the watch.

Pretty sure non US watches do not come with the service book. You do get a nifty leather warranty card holder instead of one made of paper.

The "Factory Service" booklet isn't really a booklet about servicing your watch.. It's just a page of addresses of the Rolex Service Centers..

As said, it may only be printed up by Rolex USA for inclusion in US market watches..

The only important thing in the manual for the DSSD is Rule 3: Do NOT wear in the shower.

Mine came with a service card. Green piece of card twice the size of the authenticity card watch model and serial number plus date if purchase at the top with boxes for the service centre to write in the service dates.
