Blammi.exe adware

somehow this got into my laptop

Ran spybot search and & destroy, pc tools and both could not get rid off it

everytime I start my laptop this blammi.exe flashes on start up then I have to close and restart again.... otherwise laptop won't start

very annoying

any expert here.... blammi terminator ?????

Try Malwarebytes. That's been a good one for me.

Can you start in safe mode and delete it from there?

If not you'll probably need to use ERD Commander or BartPE or something similar to remove it.

Malwarebytes is a good start but sometimes has trouble with resident malware.

malware tools may miss it but if you have up to date virus definitions you should be able to remove/delete it using antivirus

Another option, SuperAntiSpyware http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/ is also good (download, install, update), best run in Safe Mode.
