Rolex GMT Master II Bezel
Hello, i am new here.. I had a service on my Master II Two years ago by a Rolex approved repairer in Cornwall. Part of the service was to replace the full bezel unit. Unfortunately ! this part recently FELL OFF ! & lost.
Rather than send it away again, can anyone reccommend who can replace this part, obviously with genuine parts. I live in Sheffield. Only two years after its service, i feel only this part mis needed without a further service at this time ?? Regards Simon |

You will need to source the parts, then it just clips on, no need for a service or a watch maker. The problem is getting the parts! Try a post in wanting to buy section, or look on ebay. You will need bezel, insert, spacer ring and clcik spring.

As mentioned above, you could just buy a bezel and have it installed - but why avoid getting a proper service? It's a bit unusual for a bezel to just come off in normal use. The Cornish watchmaker may have made an error - and then the other work may have similar issues? Good luck with the repairs.

Any AD should be able to do this for you. Do wonder how it fell off so easily though.

Thankyou for the replys.
I am a chiropodist, so constantly putting on & removing surgical gloves. Can only think, as i pulled off a glove it may have caught under bezel & loosened it !!. The bezel was red & black & looked great !!. Have contacted a watch repair company who asked me toi drop off the watch in Sheffield for them to look at, as their is no serial number on bottom of watch case. I do have registration so may phone them back with number. Dont know how to locate the correct part myself, seems to be lots of variations ! ? Simon |

Have spoken to Rolex UK today.
They have advised me to send them the watch to replace the lost parts as to have a general repairer replace the part may cost more, as they have to get the parts from Rolex plus have to add their costs...i tend to agree ?? simon |
