Datejust IIs please!!!

I love my 16710. It's perfect for me and my needs, but I love the datejust 2. I've been feeling like its time for an acquisition. I want a datejust 2 on a super jubilee. Let's see some pics! 2s only!! Help me out here! The datejust 2 is IMO the classic Rolex piece and Im looking for all stainless or TT. THANKS!!

Yea the oyster only option is a problem for me. Does it not work with the datejust 2 if I bought one separate? I just love that look. The large face on that jubilee is my favorite.

DJII has 21mm lug and the 36mm DJ Super Jubilee is 20mm wide.... It will of course work, but can you live with a 1mm gap between the case and bracelet?

Unfortunately this is not an option currently on the DJII, and hopefully Rolex will remedy this at sometime in the future.

Hmmm noope probably can't live with a 1mm gap. Maybe I just need a jubilee for my gmt. That'll tide me over perhaps. I love the jubilee.

It's definitely a great looking bracelet. I got a Super Jubilee for my GMTII.

Soon!

Someone either here or over on TimeZone had a chance to speak to a Rolex rep. at the BASEL watch show, right when The DJII came out. They asked if there would ever be a jubilee option available, and his answer was yes, "soon".

Now to Rolex "soon" could mean anywhere from the next BASEL show, to 60 years from now! They don't exactly move fast.

My guess: within the next couple of years.
