1570 movement question

Is the 1570 caliber movement serviceable? I bought a vintage 1503 that's running a little slow (losing 20 seconds/day) and I'm thinking of sending it to Dallas for a complete service. Are original spare parts still available? Any alternate suggestions? Thanks.
