Hey guys, trying to buy a Explorer 39mm and was wondering if anyone can refer a AD that's willing to give a discount? ~5000 sounds about right for the Explorer? Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to TRF.

You might want to makes some calls and see if you can locate one in your area. You could also post a WTB here on the forum.

If your looking for AD, I just looked up on the website all the ones local to me and went to each one to see what the best pricing they could do. Then, you can find the AD with whom you might want to develop a longer term relationship. That was my strategy. Or, you can develop a relationship with one of the Trusted Sellers on the forum. I'm still trying to figure out if I'd like to go that route, but I've been happy with the discounts I've been able to negotiate locally with my AD's.

Another idea, you could also do a trip to Vegas for a weekend of fun, and buy at an AD there to have shipped to you in order to save on the sales tax which is a nice amount of additional savings. There are a bunch of AD's in Vegas. I just don't know how much they are or are not willing to discount in Vegas.
