My search was in the Australian Trade Marks office.
It came back with a registration date of 1996 and with an expiry date in 2016. I don't know what the situation is in the USA, it may have been that Rolex SA in Switzerland transferred the registration to Rolex U.S.A. But it is perhaps more relevant that this registration activity in the USA did occur in 2011. But at this stage it isn't conclusive for me.

Realistically, I think we will see:
*A new 18ct Yacht-Master *Another steel and rose gold sports model. Possibly a Daytona with a ceramic bezel *New dial options for Datejusts A new Submariner is always a possibility, but I somehow get the feeling it may be here to stay in its current form. Certainly the price point it's at is attractive As for pie in the sky dreaming, I'd love to see a new generation of Rolex movements. Either that or a really unexpected, breathtaking piece, like they did with the YM II a few years back. Show us what you can do, Rolex |

Bang on Chris.
More Yachtmaster silliness is likely. I think a TT Daytona with that black ceramic dial would look HIDEOUS...so perhaps Mr. Rolex will go straight to SS? |

My only guesses are: A few more DJ and DD dial options as well as expanded use of RG in either the GMT or Sub or perhaps both. Other than that--we are almost there so we will know soon enough!

I find it a bit odd that they only show one of the new models in the teaser, and not a video where all of them would be shown -- just like how Omega teases us this year. Or maybe the Sky-Dweller (or whatever that new white bezeled model is called) will be the only big hit, and the rest will be the underwhelming "business as usual" (e.g. SS Sub-C NoDate, TT Daytona-C, YG YM I with just the expected bracelet+clasp update).

I think the Yacht Master II in SS is a possibility but I don't believe it's the one in the teaser. The YMII has a number 7, and small red pointers instead of black dots.

The past few shows have been a let down from Rolex. I hope this year is different.

All I know is they should chill out with those 42mm+ cases.
Sky dweller.... sounds interesting indeed. white ceramic bezel... this can't be an existing model so must be something all new. Perhaps a chronograph for aviation? I am thinking someting similar in looks to the YM2 but with a chrono dial. |

maybe it's a bezel triangle pointing at a DSSD style crystal ring with numbers engraved. maybe like an internal rotating one? and maybe the reason it's just the triangle without the rest of the bezel is cos they might be announcing a new bi-colour ceramic insert :o
we can only hope... |

I am sure he would. That watch would probably get more comments and looks than a Platinum Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar.
