Sub 1680 red

Hi Gents,
what do you think, original or fake? the yellow hour indexes are confusing me!
Thanks for your expertize and quick response!

Looks like a MK VI. Your picture is quite contrasty and as such it is difficult to access the markers.

They Could be correct.

P.S Note the small chip on the dial at the "Swiss - T < 25"
I'm guessing, if this was a re-dial that would not be present.

hard to tell... the colour of the picture is not representative for the actual patina....
Closed 6/rounded S --> MK VI dial
doesn't look fake to me but i'm sure the experts will give their input soon !

why are you concerned about its originality ? doubts about the seller ? if yes, don't buy the watch

Hi Gunter,
Could you possibly post some more pictures, possibly with the watch against a white/pale background. Some pictures of the case, crown guard and if possible between the lugs will help assess the condition. From you picture it looks like a watch that has lived a little. As I am sure you know the dial and case conditon key when buying a piece like this.

Thanks,

Gabriel

Hi folks,
thanks for your great support.
In between I was out bidded. Guess the watch is original, however was some hundred bucks too low! Anyway, have to look further.
Thx
Gunter
