3135 movement & mod ???
Since the 3135 is used in just about every non GMT Rolex is it correct to assume that all hand sets & date wheels are interchangeable??I would like to do a Datejust mod ...black stick dial, red date wheel and Yacht-Master hands,,,,Does anyone here know if this is possible??And is there someone on this site that can get this done??Clark.

Yes that would be possible, Hardest part would be to find all parts and find a watchmaker that would do the job.

Rolex doesn't sanction this so it will cost you. Also they will refuse to do any work on a non-oem configuration, but of course most independant watchmakers can service a Rolex, just make sure you get one with a Rolex parts account.

Jocke, I believe Bob Ridley in the states is considered an independant and he has or had a Rolex parts account.
