I've noticed the same thing which is why my timing has always been off. I'll itch for a new purchase waiting months for a perfect snowflake, pop on something else (either another watch or another interest), then someone posts a clean one for a song the next day that sells within 24hrs.

Same import restrictions apply. If customs sees it, they can confiscate it.

The second one looks nice. Kept the original dial which is a plus!

Although the best of the three and not terrible by any means but for 4k I would expect a
Perfect dial this one has blemishes and also he discloses two aftermarket parts that hold the movement together. Also the case has been polished a bit much, not sure if the date wheel is original and the pearl is not original which is a small detail and not a big deal.

Did I mention it's eBay! Lol

Mmmmm not the best one might hope for. The after market parts on the movement are a worry.

Here's a thread in regards to this various issue. In this instance the Tudor was held up for awhile but actually did clear. I believe it may have cleared because Rolex does not currently sell Tudor watches in the states. I think before trying I would want official clarification on this issue to ensure I would not experience any dificulties though.

Date wheel on third one not original. 18 should be red.

Rick, my 7021/0 has an all black date wheel. not all were alternating colors. iwould only contemplate a $3k offer on the 3rd one. the other 2 dont feel right. the MN engraving never convinces me. i would only consider it with paperwork and a really good story.

Good to know Harry. Thanks. Was under the impression all the 2484 movements came with roulette. Always learning.

I would have only considered the 2nd one. It was in good condition and even though it had the service dial/hands/insert, he had the original dial and insert. With the 2008 service papers, it was a decent sub.

if I hadn't just gotten a black dial snowflake 9411 with original dial and hands I would have considered this one though it went a bit high for my tastes.
