Hi fellow AP owners.

I just picked up my first AP (ROO Safari)....and I must say it is a stunner.

My question:

I tried using the serial number and warranty number to register the watch with AP. The site keeps telling me that the data is incorrect. The only thing I can think of is that the original owner registered it already and thus it won't allow me to register. Does anyone have any ideas?

Had the same problem with my my BNIB ROC a couple of weeks ago, Tried it on a PC at work instead of my iMac and it worked.

But in your case it also could be that it is already registered.

I had no issues with my used Diver, still have not got the sticker yet. But I have tried to order a catalogue 5 times and it does not seem to work. I think there website needs some work.

Lol, Betsy does not sound Swiss! Did you call Audemars directly then?

I sent them an e-mail and she's the one that responded. Let me know if you need her number. She's very helpful.
