Quick one from Japan

Well, Steve was right. I haven't even been to the shops that he went to yet and you really have to see it to believe. I have never seen so many Rolexes in one place before, even in Osaka the small shops in Dotomburi are packed with so many Daytonas, Subs, everything. I didn't know where to look, and my significant other rolls her eyes every time I yell out, Hey another shop! And in the big department stores, forget it, every model of every brand. Amazing. Hopefully Ill have some pics to show at the end of the trip. Just felt like sharing...and also, really craving the Hulk again....uh oh.

Sounds like a great trip, and all those Rolexes, man oh man! My wife would be trying to hold me back from going into the shops.

One question, if you don't mind my asking. Do you see any dials for sale separate from the watches themselves? Either I read it here or someone at my AD mentioned it, but I thought I heard somewhere that dials are still readily available in Japan like they used to be in the states. If possible, when you go into one of the shops there, could you ask about that? I've searched around the internet but found no proof that they're available in Japan, so I just thought I'd take this opportunity to ask a Rolex lover the question while you happen to be there. Have a great time, and watch out for that Hulk. It sounds like it's coming to get you!

Hey Jordan......Glad it's all going well ....

Can't wait for the photos. It really was a real change from the meagre stocks now held by most UK AD's........

Have fun.....
