Scratches dings and dents!

I thought it would be interesting to see some pictures of peoples battle scars on Rolex's they own!

However minor or horrific..

Just search unpolished patina vintage and you will get your fill of beat up watches. Here are some really upsetting images.

LOL. I was joking when I was knocking on the vintage watches. I like some of them and most are well taken care of. Just have too much character for me.

My "wear & tear" is not that photogenic, i.e. much scarier in real life than any picture may suggest....

Here are some pics of my daily beater IIC:

None of these scars are deep or something that won't come off with a regular servicing. But, there they are, in all their glory.

It's funny, but looking at battle scars on Rolexes really doesn't detract from their beauty! Huh! Who knew?

My 21 year-old GMT had a few dents, dings and scratches. I did have it refurb'd at the Dallas Service Center, though. Before and after pictures can be seen here

Not really. After a while you see the beauty in it.

I don't like dents and dings neither.
But I bought a watch for using it.
Otherwise it should be left in the box somewhere in a drawer . .

A battered Rolex is still a Rolex so enjoy the battle scars. Me the scars last till the next service. After a spa it is as good as new.

Some nice share by the way.
