Has anyone seen an 18k gold carrera before? This was the watch that started my hobby, I picked it for my 30th birthday present from my wife and is my first high end watch..... Still love it's simple design and the dial pattern, which is difficult to show from an iphone...sorry.

this i got from my grandfather back when i was a teenager....any help ID'ing it? I know its a pink gold flagship, manual wind....any other info beyond that would be appreciated.
