Here you have the OEM I have on my 177. It is not the strap that comes with the watch, but the one that comes with the 351. I love it :)

I got a fine mist spray bottle and lightly misted the strap and wiped the water off immediately with a micro fiber (lint-less) cloth. Other than that, just natural oil and dirt is bring out the patina.
